This course will show you how to make round, oval or any cylindrical shaped box. All you need is a shape to work from and you can make it into a box. These rounded boxes were initially used to store scrolls to keep them safe. Now you can store anything you wish, even your own scrolls! Bring any shape you wish as long as the diameter at the top and bottom are the same (Bottles, jars, any non-tapered shape will do). If you don’t have a shape in mind, no worries, there will be plenty to choose from the day of the class.
Tools and shop sundries will be on hand to use for the day.
Bring your lunch, any bookbinding tools you may have, a cutting mat if you have one and your imagination.

Lieu : Nepean Creative Arts Centre, Studio 7, 35 Stafford Road, Ottawa. Note : l’entrée du Studio 7 est située à l’est de l’édifice qui fait face à la rue Stafford (voir l’image ci-dessous)
