Learn the traditional basics of bookbinding in this one-day workshop. You will learn the terms used in bookbinding, familiarize yourself with all the tools, and create your own simple books including: stitched pamphlets, Japanese stab binding and a long stitch book. This workshop takes place in a bookbinding studio.
Materials, safety issues and different styles of bookbinding will be discussed. You will go home with at least four finished books. No previous experience necessary.
