Programme: Endbands.
A special presentation of Geneviève Samson’s History of Endbands (L’histoire des tranchefiles), a project she completed which exhibits hand-sewn endbands from the 12th to the 20th century.
We will also have a fun hands-on activity to learn to sew a basic front bead endband, which can be recreated in your future bookbindings.
SWAP: Fire
Participants will exchange their completed sheets with the other participants in this season’s SWAP project.

Join us from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Sandy Hill Community Centre, 250 Somerset Street East in Ottawa in the downstairs craft room. All are welcome, including non-members.
