Book and Art Lovers

All book and art lovers can explore the wide range of fine handcrafted products being created and will have the opportunity to purchase unique treasures or to start on a new creative journey of their own. The Book Arts Show and Sale is also an opportunity for book artists, bookbinders, and letterpress folk to meet others working in related disciplines and to discover new techniques, methods, or materials. Find out about the wonderful CBBAG workshops offered in the Ottawa area and all across Canada.  We offer courses in professional bookbinding techniques as well as fun one-day workshops to get your creative juices flowing.

The Ottawa Valley Chapter of the Canadian Bookbinders and Book Artists Guild is offering an opportunity for bookbinders, book artists, papermakers, paper decorators, calligraphers, printers, book sellers, and book arts suppliers to exhibit their work and meet with and sell to CBBAG members and the general public. Pre-registration is required for all participants.

Our 2016 show was very successful and we aim to have the 2018 show surpass it. This event presents a wide variety of work both for exhibit and for sale, including one-of-a-kind artists’ books, letterpress broadsides and publications, and bookbinding supplies, materials and lots of wonderful papers.
