Learn various techniques in transferring images to blocks along with drawing and cutting strategies to produce linocuts for hand printing. Lino block printing has been done for over a hundred years, a continuum of wood engraving and wood block printing.

Tools and linoleum material will be provided but please bring along any of these that you may have. You can bring your own image prepared beforehand but be ready for the fact that not all images lend themselves to good lino block printing.
